Our dog beds were developed out of a need to do something with our foam scrap. Your purchase helps us keep this material from going to waste. We use high quality, high density, high resilience medical grade foam. We make these to survive the chewiest dog chewery, and all of the foam is contained in removable cotton pillows for easy washing.
Our Operation
We operate in St. Paul, Minnesota, primarily making music instrument gig bags under the Torpedo Bags and Glenn Cronkhite Custom Cases brands. In the gig bag category alone, we offer over 50,000 product variations! Our facility is not a retail location, but people are welcome to stop in for 30 minute tours at 1 PM M-F. We are inside the 1922 “Radio Theater,” but the building was a flooring company for the past 80 years. Now, it's ours!
We’ve been making trumpet cases since 2000, gig bags since 2017, and also have significant contract manufacturing accounts. We can make custom molds using our 8' CNC table (12 inch Z axis), produce aerospace-grade carbon fiber parts, sew heavy leathers and light cottons, embroider custom designs, hot stamp, cut single or multi-layer shapes on our Kuris cutting system (cuts up to 1 million complex shapes per week), scan existing patterns into CAD, rivet, fabric weld, inject foam shapes, and much more.
